Epic Games has confirmed that Blackpink singer Lisa will headline the next season of Fortnite Festival, the rhythm game spin-off of Fortnite that launched in December 2023.
The Thai K-pop superstar will be the main performer for Season 12, beginning on Nov 29, introducing fresh gameplay elements and exclusive content, the announcement said.
It will be Lisa's first appearance on Fortnite, although Blackpink has previously partnered with other gaming platforms including Roblox, Animal Crossing and MapleStory.
The crossover was initially revealed through her record label LLOUD's social media accounts.
The Starlux Music Pass introduces new cosmetics and audio content tied to Lisa's debut album.
The pass unlocks the Melodie Mars character skin and culminates in a Rockstar-themed Lisa outfit complete with corresponding accessories. Tracks from Alter Ego will also feature as playable content within the festival.
Lisa’s outfit inspired by her single “ROCKSTAR.”
Fortnite Festival has established itself as a platform for major musical collaborations since its inception. The rhythm game series has previously featured performances from Billie Eilish, The Weeknd, Gorillaz, Sabrina Carpenter, Karol G, Snoop Dogg, Hatsune Miku, Lady Gaga and Bruno Mars.

Most recently, Gorillaz headlined Season 10 in August, while Season 11 distinguished itself by celebrating Fortnite's original compositions rather than featuring a singular artist.
Lisa's involvement arrives as Chapter 12 of Fortnite introduces additional collaborations, notably a restored scene from Quentin Tarantino's Kill Bill Vol. 1 (2003).
Her Fortnite appearance follows the release of her debut solo album earlier this year and her appearance in HBO's third season of The White Lotus.
